Personal training programs

- Including first consultation (60 min approx) to discuss past training and results.

- Aim for coming year and long term.

- Discuss monthly training plan for first month, based on above information, time available.

- Production and delivery monthly plan, updates weekly if necessary.

- Unlimited e-mail.

To get a result minimum three month commitment must given.

Personal training one to one session (swimming, cycling, running)

This is a session where you will get full attention.

One to one session will give you opportunity to get advice on your current training,

correction. Also the time to answer any question you may have.


Personal Specific Strength training programs

This includes a one to one session, explain and demonstrate the correct technique

when working with weight in the gym.

Group sessions

-  Swimming session (5 up to 10 people)

- Running session (5 – 10 up to 15 people)

- Cycling session (up to 15 people)

- Strength & condition session (up to 5 people)
